Taghazoute
In recent years the small fishing village of Taghazoute in south Morocco, has been well and truly put on the surfing holiday map. However, travelling surfers have migrated to this part of North Africa for over forty years, lured by the mystical waves and interesting culture. Long peeling waves, winter sunshine, good food, friendly locals, and miles upon miles of empty waves are just a handful of reasons to head out to Morocco.
The village of Taghazoute has dozens of cafes, resturants, shops and Errant has a number of accommodation options from surf lodges to self-catering apartments. Although it is only 20 minutes from Agadir city the small fishing village has kept plenty of its charm, and has welcomend surfing into its community.
